INT Eco Friendly works to ship orders that are ordered and paid for before 4:30 PM the same day. In case of delivery problem or back order you will be notified by e-mail.

Shipping is provided by PostNL. For orders over € 100, shipping is free within the Netherlands. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs of € 5.75 are charged on orders of less than € 50. We charge € 2.95 for packages within the Netherlands that are suitable for letter post. After the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code, which you can use to trace the package in the delivery process.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment via DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer shipping via DHL Extra with required signature, additional costs will be charged. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. Whichever shipment you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to track your package online.

14 day money back guarantee

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you want to return / exchange because you do not like the product or because you want a different color, you pay the return costs yourself. We ask for your understanding, because as a small shop we cannot yet offer free returns.

In the event of a defect within the warranty period or a shipment where something is wrong, you will receive a return label from us with which you can return the shipment free of charge by handing it over to a PostNL point. Returning the products is at your own risk; we therefore recommend that the return product is properly packaged and that you keep a track and trace code.

To exercise this right, you should always first contact our customer service. V. You will then receive information about the further procedure.

If you have informed us that you want to return your purchases, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days at the latest. This 14-day period starts on the day you have indicated that you wish to return. After receiving your purchase back, you will receive the purchase amount back.

Product defective or damaged upon receipt

If the ordered product does not function properly or is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days. We will do our utmost to provide a suitable solution.

Shipping your package

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We cannot merge two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.

Our boxes are large enough to ship your items well protected. Particular care is taken with fragile objects.
